Rural and Business Specialists Ltd provide specialist agricultural mortgages for farmers, agribusiness and the rural sector.

The Challenge

Rural and Business Specialists spent a great deal developing their new website, but were seeing no benefit of having had done so.

R&BS were looking to generate new business using the internet to promote their specialist services in providing Agricultural mortgages to the Rural Business sector.

They were using traditional direct marketing and advertising in trade publications in order to drive traffic to the website. However, there was limited traffic and they had no Google search engine placement.

The solution

22M set up a Pay-per-click Google Adwords Campaign in order that Rural and Business Specialists could generate instant online business and gather the data of companies and individuals looking for specialist agricultural and rural mortgage services.

22M also set up a mini site http://www.agriculturalmortgages.co.uk to work in partnership with the main R&BS site.

Within 2 hours R&BS saw a dramatic increase in online and telephone enquiries.

Within 8 weeks 22M have achieved number 1 Google placement for the keyword phrase 'agricultural mortgages'
